Product Return Policy

www.afroditi-jewels.com accepts return of jewelry you bought within 15 days from the date of delivery, along with their packaging and the accompanying documents, such as receipt, warranty, proof of delivery, etc… For product returns, contact us: +30 210 4296637.

Wedding rings cannot be returned or replaced because they are custom made.

The returned jewelry should be accompanied by the original packaging and be in the same condition they were delivered to you, without being used, worn down or damaged. For your better service, they should also be well packed so as to avoid damages during transport. Jewelry that is returned and does not meet the above terms and conditions of product return policy will not be accepted. In any case, you will be charged with the shipping and return costs of the replaced product.

Regarding branded products, such as watches, etc., the official distributors are responsible for any damages.

In case of a product return and its non-replacement with another one, the company will give you a refund equal to the amount you paid for your order, within 5 working days from the day of delivery in the exact same way as the transaction occurred.

and our representatives will guide you through the process. When you send your jewelry, send your parcel at your own expense and then our store will refund the full amount of your purchase, deducting the costs. The money will be deposited into your personal bank account that you will indicate to us after contacting our company.

Attention: The parcel must be sent via ACS Courier.

Refund

1. If you had prepaid with a credit card, upon arrival of the products in our store, the transaction on your debit card is canceled and the money is refunded to your account, deducting € 15.00 for cancellation/product return fee.

2. If you had paid by deposit into a bank account, it is necessary to give us the IBAN of your account where we will deposit the money regarding the products you have returned.
